Dr. Latimer was born in Bound Brook, New Jersey and is a graduate of Colgate University where he acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He completed his medical training at Washington University St Louis, Missouri. His residency training was at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Dr Latimer is the Chairman of the Board at Flowers Hospital. He looks forward to teaching residents how important it is to have kindness and empathy when caring for patients. When Dr. Latimer is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and playing golf.
